On Nature's Remains - Cyrano

Cyrano is a voluminous, soft and round yarn, made with carded wool from a blend of Merino d'Arles (France, Provence) and Portuguese black Merino, raised with respect for animal welfare and with particular attention to the valorization of local wools.

All production phases take place in a short supply chain (France and Portugal for sourcing, Belgium and Italy for washing, France for spinning and dyeing), with a constant commitment to traceability and reducing environmental impact.

Available in charming natural colours obtained by mixing white and brown fleeces ("sel", "poivre blanc", "poivre et sel", "poivre"), as well as a range of delicate and refined shades.

The five-ply structure gives the yarn a remarkable roundness, highlighting patterns and braids in a spectacular way, while maintaining the characteristic puffiness of carded yarns.

Perfect for quick and satisfying projects like hats, snuggly scarves or fluffy blankets, but also for making large warm cardigans to use as outerwear in between seasons, or sturdy jumpers for children, ready to face all the challenges of the playground!

Cyrano takes its name from the poet-inventor-dreamer, author of États et Empires du Soleil et de la Lune and protagonist of the homonymous play by Edmond Rostand.
